FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Being nervous in front of the camera is super normal! In fact I’ve rarely shot anyone who wasn’t, it’s a very natural feeling especially if you have very little experience doing it. The good news is that I don’t expect you to know what to do or how to pose in front of the camera at all. I’ll take care of that part - all you have to do is show up and I’ll guide you through the entire process. 

    Being “photogenic” is totally subjective - I’d like to make you feel beautiful and we will work together to figure out what might make you feel most comfortable here. 

  • Definitely! I’m based in Victoria but I’m on the road often - don’t be afraid to reach out and inquire about my whereabouts on your date. I’m also happy to make the trip for your wedding. Travel packages are custom depending on your distance and needs.

  • 100% - love is love! I especially feel drawn to telling stories that are untraditional or undertold. Everyone is welcome here.

  • Because I shoot on film, which has to be shipped away to a professional lab for development and scanning, I’ll have a gallery ready for you between 4-8 weeks.

If we are a good fit for each other, I’ll send you a contract to sign and will request a deposit to secure your date.
